What is Languagle?
Languagle is a free daily language-guessing game. Each day it shows a short phrase written in its own native script, and you get six guesses to name the language behind it. There is no audio and no translation to fall back on. Instead, every guess comes back with a clue based on geography, so even a wrong answer points you toward the right region.
How is it different from Wordle or Worldle?
If you already play Wordle or geography games like Worldle, Languagle will feel familiar: one puzzle a day, a fixed number of guesses, and a colour-coded row that narrows things down after every try, just aimed at a language instead of a word or a country.
Where do the phrases come from?
The game draws on a corpus of phrases spanning well over a hundred languages, each one checked against its native script rather than transliterated, with a new one featured once per day so the same handful never repeat. See the full rules and scoring, or browse every past answer in the archive.
